Shipping and Return Policy
SHIPPING
We ship anywhere in the continental USA. Shipping cost for all orders is a flat rate of $7.99 with no additional handling fees. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. Please make sure you provide the correct shipping address. Shipping time will take about 3 to 9 days.
IN-STORE PICKUP
You also have the option to pick up your purchases at one of our brick and mortar locations. Your purchases can be picked up during regular business hours after we notify you via email your order is ready. The Daily Apple Worthington is located at 207 10th Street in downtown Worthington, MN. The Daily Apple Storm Lake is located at 526 Lake Ave., Storm Lake, IA.
RETURN POLICY:
Here at The Daily Apple, we know that sometimes it can be a challenge ordering online. We want you to have the best shopping experience possible because we believe our Daily Apple customers are the best! Clothing purchased at regular price can be returned for store credit. All accessories, gifts, Iowa/Minnesota items, gift cards, jewelry and sale items cannot be returned.
Here is what you need to know if you choose to return an item:
- Shipping will not be refunded on any returned items and is the responsibility of the customer when shipping items back to The Daily Apple.
- Store credit will be given for the purchase price of all eligible returned merchandise. Clothing must have tags on, be unworn and free of smoke smell, perfume, deodorant smells. If the items appear to have been worn we will not accept the return and the customer is responsible for the reshipping fee. We do not offer refunds. No exceptions. Store credit may be used to purchase that same item in a different size or a completely different item. Store credit never expires.
- Returns must be post marked within 15 (fifteen) days of the date you receive your shipment.
- Ship all returns to The Daily Apple, 207 10th Street, Worthington, MN 56187.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you MUST contact us within 3 days of receipt. If we do not receive notification that you have received a damaged item in 3 days, the return will be rejected for any store credit or refund.
- Use your smartphone to take pictures of the defective or damaged area and email the photos to amanda@dailyappleonline.com, including the tag in the image showing it is still attached.
- Type "Defective" or "Damaged" in the subject line.
- Include the first and last name on your Daily Apple account, order number and product code/name of the item.
You will receive a response from our customer service support team within 24-48 hours.
