Are You Ready to Learn More About Essential Oils?

The last couple years the popularity of essential oils has sky rocketed. It was not that long ago that essentials oils were something that would be used mostly by really natural-minded people. Today, essential oils are everywhere and more and more people are using them for many health benefits. I remember 25 years ago when my parents started using oils, I thought they all smelled bad and as a teenager I often made fun of them but wow, whenever they would give me an oil for something it helped (and usually really quickly).

When I purchased my health food store almost 9 years ago, it came stocked with essential oils. For the past 8 years, I have been studying oils and learning as much as I can about them. Though it feels like a lot of people know about oils, I know there are a lot of you who still have a lot of questions and want to know more. That is why we offer free classes on a regular basis at both Daily Apple locations. If you are in the Worthington area we invite you to our Introduction to Essential Oils class Tuesday, Feb. 21 at 5:30 p.m. in downtown Worthington. For those of you in the Storm Lake area, we will have a noon class on Thursday, March 30 as a part of our 7-year anniversary party.

At our class earlier this month in Storm Lake 17 people came out to learn more and make some blends to take home and use. It was so much fun and people were asking, "When is the next class?" In case you missed that class here are a few of the recipes we shared. Every class we offer is different so even if you have attended in the past you can come learn more.
